Garrett A. Nerren
Co-Founder
Garrett is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Sail Holdings. At Sail, Garrett is responsible for capital formation, acquisitions, asset management and strategic direction of the company.
Prior to launching Sail, Garrett led the acquisitions and asset management efforts for a private equity real estate firm in Dallas. Garrett previously held roles at JLL and Trammell Crow Company where he worked on office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use leasing and ground up development projects. He began his career serving in Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s office, as the Governor’s Personal Aide. In this role, he had the opportunity to travel around the world alongside Governor Abbott and his team.
Garrett is a graduate of Texas A&M University and earned his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife, Rachel live in Dallas with their two sons and are active parishioners of Christ the King Catholic Church.
